Team line-ups will be announced in the coming weeks but IOTA has indicated that it anticipates twelve boats contesting the 2007 title race. Each Class 1 powerboat is capable of speeds in excess of 270kmh, weighs approx 5000kgs, is 42 ft in length and powered by two 8.2litre, V12 engines.
